Verse of the Day

Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.

Statement Of Faith

The Bible is God’s inspired written Word. The Word of God is without error and is truth. The teachings of the New Testament are the basis of Christian beliefs, teaching, and practices.

Every person is created in the image of God. The first man and woman chose to sin. All of us eventually choose to sin and become separated from God. God gave us free will because he desires us to want to love Him.

We need salvation because we all have sinned. Sin separates us from God who desires a relationship with His creation.

There is only one true God. He is the Creator of all life and the Supreme Ruler of the entire universe. He has always been (He is eternal) and co-exists equally in three persons; God the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit. We learn about God through His creation, His Word, and His Son.

Jesus is the long-awaited Messiah as prophesied in the Old Testament. He was born of a virgin. He was tempted just as we are and never sinned. He suffered, was crucified, died, and was buried. He was resurrected on the third day to fulfill the scriptures. Jesus is both Deity and man. He will return to judge the living and the dead.
